///// Kosmic 160 BEC won't power up FBL with all servos hooked up

My Kosmik 160 will not initialize when I plug in the main battery packs with all the servos hooked up (not using a separate buffer pack). seems like the BEC isn't supplying enough power to FBL & Servos. I see the SAT's on but the HC3-SX isn't initializing.I would have to unplug the 3 Torque 9180 cyclic servos ( I can leave the BLS251 Rudder servo plugged to FBL). Once I unplug the 3 cyclic servos:
ESC Initializes and beeps
I can plug back the 3 cyclic servos
everything seems to work.

I just did the typical:
MODE 1
than
MODE 4

If I have only the BLS251 (no cyclic servos plugged in) and connect the main battery packs, the ESC & FBL will initialize. Even if i plug 1 cylic with the rudder, will not work.

Any ideas?

- Running an HC3-SX (worked with all my JIVES no problem) and not new to Kontroniks ESC's and setup
