Dmor Registered Users Join Date: Jan 2013	5065MG Rebuild problem. Looking for some help. Just rebuilt 2 of those servos. Followed the pictorial instructions on this site. What I have done is contact cleaning, complete gear replacement (all), dielectric grease on all gears and reassembled. Using the elevator channel on my FBL unit, I plug the servo with horn on, cycle and start moving the sticks. The elevator (rebuilt) servo works and responds fine for about 7 seconds or so and then stops. It is not connected to anything. Second servo does the exact same thing. What could possibly by the problem. I know it has to be in the rebuilt servos. I have checked and swapped servos and channels, and all is good.
