Your numbers don't look unreasonable for the 600E. You should turn off the Expo and E-ring since this can mess with the FBL system and Align states to turn this stuff off in the manual. I don't understand exactly what you are doing with your switches in regards to pitches. Can you explain how and why you are doing this? I'm asking because it is very important to set-up a radio in a fashion that doesn't change things like pitch in different modes and such. This makes it very difficult to get the correct "feel" on the sticks.

I pretty much use the same settings on every heli I own in regards to pitch / throttle curves and it goes as follows:

Pitch

Normal: 30, 40, 50, 75, 100 or 0, 25, 50, 75, 100
Idle 1: 0, 25, 50, 75, 100
Idle 2: 0, 25, 50, 75, 100
Hold: 0, 25, 50, 75, 100

Throttle (w/o governor):

Normal: 0, 45, 65, 85, 100
Idle 1: 100, 95, 90, 95, 100
Idle 2: 100, 100, 100, 100, 100
Hold: 0, 0, 0, 0, 0

Throttle (w/ governor)

Normal: x1, x1, x1, x1, x1 (rpm #1)
Idle 1: x2, x2, x2, x2, x2 (rpm #2)
Idle 2: x3, x3, x3, x3, x3 (rpm #3)
Hold: 0, 0, 0, 0, 0

NOTE: I use the Hold switch to turn the heli on and off when I use this function.

I think Align wants you to use as high of ail/ele swash mix % as you can. 42% seems too low. You should probably be around 80%. Try using the inner holes on the arms and make sure your endpoints are at 100.
