Default Helikraft

Anyone know the difference between www.helikraft.com and www.helikraft-rchelicopter.com?

The web sites look different, but appear to sell the same products, and appear to be exactly the same company...?

I've always ordered from the first link with no problems.

Scott.

I ordered Aug 10th..but I cancelled and got a refund after 90 days. Just open a ticket in the help desk and politely ask for a refund. They didnt hassle me at all I was refunded immediately. Their CS has greatly improved so you shouldn't have a problem. You will get what you paid for, but it takes a long time. If you get impatient like me then just cancel it.

Has anyone ordered from these guy's lately?
I have a cart full of stuff but most is out of stock and requires Back Order. How long have they been taking to fill B/O's?
Also do they still do the 40-50% off weekend deals?

Thnx

I just got my backorder stuff through after a month or two. Slow, but cheap, so fine for stocking up on spares.

Wow months wait is no good.
What's their excuse? They are in Taiwan same as TT factories.

Just to be clear, the normal orders arrive quick. Its just backordered items that take quite a while.

I also wish they would update their stock for some of the E325s plastic head parts..

85% of my order is B/O. Sad to because it is mostly common crash parts, booms, shafts, gears, links and tail parts.

I'll shoot them an email and request an ETA. When a company starts doing this you question their cash flow and weather they'll be around much longer.

It appears that Helikraft is the one big fraud scheme - paid them almost $1000 in September for Align kits and no progress since then (more than 100 days after paiment!) - no goods, no money.
They gave me different ETAs just before NY, and now they just ignore my requests - demanded to refund money, but they just closed Support ticket even without assigning it to support staff!!!
So, it looks like lost money Stay away from Helikraft.com!

I was not so lucky - paid them almost $1000 in September for 2 Align kits and no progress since then (more than 100 days after paiment as of today!) - no goods, no money.
Asked them for refund after 97 days of waiting, but no reply for two weeks already (since 4 of Jan 2014) My Support ticket was just closed without notice, they even didn't assign it to Support staff!!!
So, it looks like lost money - stay away from Helikraft.com!

Answer I got from them was they order as needed per customer.
Still said it'd be up to 60days, that's BS since TT is right there in Taiwan with them.
Sorry HK, won't be getting any of my $$$

I would have not let it go beyond the limit to dispute via PP. Probably what they bank on people not doing.

Yes, it was my mistake - NEVER let 45-day PayPal deadline pass! Always open dispute within PayPal Resolution center - thus you will have chances to get your money back from them. After 45 days you are lost and forgotten for Helikraft - nobody will even respond to your support requests.

Yes, charging us now for an order that isn't going to show until the PP dispute process period has passed is a big no-no!!

PASS!

Same here.
I have 2 orders from Helikraft.
1 is order for parts 65 USD that I'm waiting for 2,5 months. I wrote them Ticket last week, but today i checked, the ticket was closed without any reply.
Also I have 2nd order 800Pro, for 3 weeks. I think I will not risk it and before 45 days passed I open dispute in Paypal.

It seems 800 Pro is the most effective bait on Helikraft.com - too many customers buys into it!
I would strongly recommend to open PayPal dispute and not let your money be flushed into the dump called "Helikraft"!
