I'd get a high quality brand new allen key/screwdriver and try that

I've had luck with CA on the end of the Allen key. Let it set up a few hours.

I had the exact same thing happen to me last week. I was simply going to grease the thrust bearings and stripped everything out. The trick is too heat up the aluminium and that will loosen everything up. Of course this was found out after I had to cut my blade grips off to try and get the screws out.

i, just used a dremel and cut a little straight line in the head of the screw and then used a flat head screw driver. I found the flat head screws dont strip the head of the screw as easily. I hope this works for you!

I was having this issue because I was using the provided allen key. (I bought what I thought was a better kit that was not good either, as its 1.5mm was about 1.8mm and did not fit) Once I used a quality key though, the difference was so big I was shocked. I really didnt think that the quality would make that much difference a tool that seems so simple.

Heat it with the tip of a soldering iron. (Just the screw).

This will break the bond of the loctite.
