Default HeliCommand Rigid Setup

I have recently added a nice used flybarless Logo 600 3D to my fleet which has the rigid M series stabilization system.First flybarless system in my fleet. Previous owner was futabae. I have JR with specrtum 9 channel reciever going to futaba servos. Have read past threads. I have gone and done the factory reset to the helicommand and went through the step by step set up and today had it on the PC with the latest version 2 upgrade, from helicommands web site. I am having a few minor problems that I am hoping someone can answer.
1. Under Mixer the orientation of the unit, round end is facing back but when I select back (versus the front) the swash plate moves in the same direction as you tilt the helicopter versus when I change it to front facing it goes in the opposite direction, which is what it says should happen on the video. What should I be looking for?
2. Under Diagnostic, when you move the aileron stick to the right, the swash rolls right but the bar on the computer is going left. When you move the elevator stick back the swash tilt backs but the bar graph on the computer is going (nose) down and when you go from low pitch to high pitch, the swash moves in the correct direction but the bar graph on the computer is showing it as opposite (high to low). In the video, and when you hover the mouse over the finctions, they tell you it's important the computer graphs follow correctly to the stick. If I reverse the servo's off the trasmitter the physical motion is all wrong. Any idea's on what to do here?
3. When you move the aileron/elevator stick and let it spring back the swash deflects quickly but on coming back to neutral it slows right down over the last 10 to 15 degrees and takes a second or two to get back to completely level. Is this normal?
4. I have selected Rigid mode (flying flybarless) and have the pilot funtion on a 3 way switch. When I flip it there is minor movement in the swash plate (2 to 3 degrees front to back only). Checked monitor on the transmitter and there is no change to the otput from the transmitter. Any idea what is causing this and how to correct it?

Any help that can be be provided would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Al

You do not seem to have followed the set up procedure. You need to restore factory settings and read and follow the instuctions in the manuel including transmitter settings. You should not be reversing servo directions on the TX.
If it is wires correctly and the set up is done correctly Hc will learn your stick directions, servo directions and neutrals during the push button set up procedure.
Please note looking at the heli from the rear HC see's the left servo as aileron and the right servo as pitch.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for that clarification. Took 4 resets before I got all the bugs ironed out and working per the video. Set for rigid mode. Still notice when you let the cyclic stick go the swash returns to centre real quick except for the last 10 to 15 degrees were it just creeps back into place. Hope that is normal and it will not be a problem in the air.
Cheers

Slow movement back to level is SOP when the helicopter is sitting on the bench due to the fact the HC is not seeing any actual movement from the helicopter as it would if it were in the air.

Then it is similar to what the heading hold tail gyro's do on the ground; creeping but lock in once in the air. Thank you for clarifyig that.
