Default servo trouble

Hi all im pretty new to all this rc helicopters hobby.
Im having trouble with using aftermarket servos on my trex 450 plus with the 3gx mrs fbl unit and servos not reacting as the align ds416m do. I want to change the servos as the ds416m servo stripped gears after 2 crashes but other servos of the same rating will not seem to fly correctly or even get in the air with control.
I have tried setting them up the same as the align stock servos with no luck.

Did you set the servo direction correct when setting up your 3GX?

You can't simply unplug one then plug another in. You will need to go through the setup again on the Flybarless controller.

Also, you can't mix and match cyclic servos. Assuming that you replaced all 3 cyclic servos at once?
