Default testing mcpx board with ncpx electronics

Weird question here.
I own an ncpx.
I bought a fleabay deal which included both a faulty ncpx mainboard and faulty mcpx mainboard.
I believe I have fixed them both. The ncpx one works fine.
Is it possible to test the ncpx board using ncpx motors and servos?.
All I have managed to test so far is that the board binds.
If I plug my ncpx motors in, which way round do the leads go, or does it not matter.

Cheers....

The motors will run the wrong direction if the plug is reversed, so test the direction and if needed, plug the connector the other way.

If all you are testing is the board function, it won't matter which way they are plugged in...

To test the motor plugs, use a nCPX tail on both plugs...direction or orientation won't matter if all you are doing is checking the board functions

To test the servo connectors, just use one servo in all the connectors one at a time...keeping in mind that as long as you have servo movement, it's working

Don't overthink this - if the motor turns, the connector is good...if the servo moves, the connector is good - direction is not the issue

PS - servo movement may confuse you - right aileron will move the left servo UP, not down...just see that it moves - then you know the connector is working
