Default Best CNC Swashplate for the BL?

So there's the Lynx, Microheli, XTreme (interestingly cheap). Which one would you recommend to make the swashplate less sloppy?

I just bought the Lynx silver swashplate for my mCPX BL beacuse of what I have read on other threads here and other forum sites, as well as my friends. They also sell an "advanced" version that comes with an anti-rotation collar that is meant to be used in the back of the swashplate like most other helis (as opposed to the stock side mounted anti-rotation collar). This version has no real advantage over the stock design in this small of a heli, so the "advanced" version is more of a bling item.

Its actually called the "Pro" version. Also, moving the antirotaion pin to the back isn't about whether or not its on the side or in the back. It is about putting it on the same plane as the swash connection points. The placement of the AR pin in the back allows for correction of that.

Incidentally, I recently purchased the Lynx Pro swashplate, but I don't have it yet. Maybe next week. I live in the middle of nowhere so parts take 2 or 3 weeks to get here.

There is also the RKH swash which I'm using. So far it's been great.

Thanks so far. I've been satisfied with the microheli swashplate for my nano, but other parts were way too soft and were all bent and warped from mounting them into the heli.
How exactly do you mount the AR bracket on the back? with the Lync Pro upgrade? Do you glue it, make new holes in the frame? Or is it just a clip-on?

I have the Xtreme swash, it also comes with a rear antirotation pin on top of the original pin, but no brackets or instructions provided. I just mounted it like the original.

I think those rear pins might be made for aftermarket frames.

Use of a CA glue is what is recommended. Move the tail motor wires out of the way and simply glue the CF anti rotation bracket in place. To reduce weight, cut off the factory anti rotation bracket.

Awesome, thanks. I might actually go for the XTreme one because it's cheap, has pins on the side and back and I've been impressed with the quality and durability of XTreme stuff so far.

I like it, but please note that it only fits on the standard frame the conventional way. There's no bracket included. If you do find a way however, be sure to post it!

That's why I opted for the RKH swash, it comes with a tiny mount bracket that allows you to screw on the AR guide. Those screws though....sooo tiny

No kidding! Those were the smallest screws I've ever used. They should supply a few spares because you drop one and you'll never find it. Very well made though. I was impressed with the quality especially considering the small sized hardware.

Loving my RKH swash and rear AR guide. It really does improve the cyclic precision and tracking through flips and loops.

So I got mine in the mail today and I installed it. Swash looks awesome. I attached the AR bracket with Shoo Goo. After it was installed i discovered that it is too TALL!! The top of it gets clipped by the bottom of the main blade bolts every time they pass by. Not gonna work. I had no choice but to clip the top of the AR bracket off. Not really happy about this as now it is open on the top. I hope this wont be an issue.

Ill probably be flying it tomorrow. We shall see how this goes.

You can fill out a service ticket with Lynx and they can take care of it. I installed mine and it seemed a bit tall but it clears the blades. It does sit higher than the original AR bracket. Could you post a photo of your install?

I have the Rakon swash with rear ar bracket. It fits the stock frame perfectly and is a vast improvement over the stock swash.

Default MCPX BL Xtreme swash problem

Hey fellas,
I am trying to put together a MCPX BL using the Xtreme alum, x swashplate. After I open it and put it on the main shaft I noticed the 1.5mm balls on it. Crazy thing is it has the 2mm balls on the cyclic input's. What linkage set do I use that works w stock blade grips.... I apologize about my explanation if it didn't make sense plz let me know and I'll explain....

I bought the RKH swash as the bearing popped out of the stock swash during an inverted crash then kept popping out all the time. This hasn't happend with the RKH after many crashes. I didn't fit the rear anti-rotation bracket but I dont think I am good enough yet to notice the diffrence.
