These 120 SRs are just too strong, plus I think my buddies is the strongest ever made. In all those crashes only parts that were broken were the metal landing skids of the trex landing gear, a blade, and maybe a crack in the canopy. When the heli started spinning out at the end it was because of low transmitter batteries.

Here is another video from earlier today, I managed to go a full battery without crashing. Since its winter here I have not been able to fly outside yet and this is the best flying space I have been able to find. Much better than the 10x10 space in my basement.

Default What I like to do with my 120SR

Yet I never get tired of flying between natural obstacles, but I've always had the goal of increasing the performance of my bird to be able to run a looping.
Today I think I succeeded

In this video I have summarized what I like to do with my 120SR.

quick flight around my shop...the extra camera weight on the nose makes it a little rough to fly smooth

Hi eveyone,

First post here - but have been reading for a while. Here's a qukck vid of my antics on day two of owning this great little heli. I have never, ever flown an rc heli/plane before so I guess this goes to show what a great choice this model is for people wanting to jump straight past the coaxial step.

That's big jump...45° flybar 120SR to a flybarless 450 with a ($$$$) scale fuselage.

Default 808 keychain video camera

After seeing what's being used for Heli cams I think some of you may be interested in these if you're not familiar with them. They're like $10 shipped. Quite popular with the RC Plane crowd. This site has about everything you would ever need to know about them.

great little camera to attach to your hat or a bigger heli (250 size or bigger) but i found having it attached to the bottom of the 120 its extra weight tended to require alot more input to keep the heli steady. Not that it wont fly but just be prepared for it to be sluggish

vid from this weekend with this camera on the bottom of my trex 450...which is my step up from the sr 120 after only fly the 120 sr for a month.

I only mention the 15 gram keychain dvr because in the above thread I thought I saw some guy who had lashed a camera on his Heli that looked pretty heavy. I hope he didn't have a boom brace and Trex gear and aftermarket glass canopy too. Where's my boat anchor?

Here is my 120SR. I am trying to fly it more precisely. Any suggestions or comments are welcome. I am really trying to learn this. I also have an HB FP V2, Blade SR, T-REX 450 Sport. I started this hobby in oct 2010 with an MSR, and have moved a bit too fast. So I am going to back to the basics. I can hover the 120SR in any orientation, but sometimes when making a turn I let it slide. I am working on that.
