Default Pulse 5000 35C question

I have the scorpion 4525 520 ultimate in a Gaui x7 and in a hard maneuver such as hurricanes or nose down tictocs the power/head speed drops off tremendously. It seems my IR is acceptable as in 2 is the highest per the powerlab 6. These packs are about 7 months old and I don't feel I have mistreated them. Are these packs jus not enough for this motor?

Could be inefficient gearing and or poor collective management. Tic tocs are not a heavy collective move.

You want to use the absolute smallest pinion you need for the Rpm you want to fly. This gives you more torque through gearing and torque is what we need to prevent bogging and what our governors need to maintain Rpm.

What RPM are you running and what are your gearing values....main gear/pinion T count, motor KV and number of cells?

Motor timing can come into play here as well, but you need to start with the gearing setup first and verify your mechanical setup is correct before moving on to anything else

Alright I have figured it out I had the castle ESC lvc set to 3.7v and I set it back to default 3.3v and it's extremely powerful now!

Ah, your LVC was set too high so any move that taxed the system was causing momentary shut downs from voltage dips.
Glad you were able to sort it out so easily
