Unhappy the crash that finished it

well after a year of learning to fly and many crashes, this crash finished the frame. battery holder on frame broke in mid flight.
broke frame-main blades-tail boom-tail blades-fly bar-broke ear off tail servo to name a few.
now i have been flying a 450 xl hde, now looking at new frame. I have been looking at a super frame from heli direct. what to know what you people think of this frame? I know i can use the main rotor head and all my electrics and the tail rotor assy. motor and a few other parts. is there any thing else i going to have to buy, or is it just a mater of moving my parts off the old frame and put them on the new frame? o yes i already up graded the head and tail to all metal parts.

From what you described it doesn't sound that bad, unless you are leaving some major things out. It doesn't sound like it is finished. Certainly breaking one or all four frame side pieces doesn't sound bad. You didn't say what model it is or what kind of frame. You say you are flying a HDE, which I can only assume is a spare heli. If you have CF, aluminium, or fiberglass frame sides can't you just replace the 4 pieces and repair the battery holder or replace it. I doesn't sound like you need to buy a frame, just the frame parts. The rest sounds like normal crash parts. The battery holder is $15 here including the CF plate.

I have the SE V1 and have replaced the frame CF and bottom plastic pieces many times. After a rebuild it was good as new.
