Default stripped crew

i was taking the motor plate off and one of the allen screw heads stripped..its the one directly under the front servos..i was thinking about JB welding a bit to the screw or soldering one to it...i was really trying not to take everything apart to get the screw out...there isn't much room to drill,,if that can even be done...any ideas would be appreciated ..

Don't have my heli in front of me to see exactly what screw you mean, but my go to for stripped screw removal is dremel a slot in it and use a flat screw driver to get it out.

And to soldering iron screws before removal (even though I know I should always do this I rarely do)
