Jr 9503 Setup
Struggling with setup on transmitter JR9503, Heli is doing a 360-while spooling up and was tipping over to the left. Looking for help to get blade in air. Binding works fine to transmitter. Please help! Thanks

Did you start with a clean model in the transmitter? How were you spooling up? If you try to use a normal collective stick spool-up, the heli's tail will kick around unless you do it very slowly; if you use throttle hold and an idle-up throttle curve, the spool-up will be slow when you flip out of TH (soft start built into the ESC). In addition, the heli will act a little screwy while it's on the ground, so your best bet is to get it off the ground as quickly as possible.

I have a 9303. I started with a clean model and followed the DX7 setup. I had no problems. Maybe I got lucky.

I follow the dx8 set up becuz its closer to the jr9503 than the dx7.

I have the 9503 airplane version (its what I had) and did the same as tnt, followed the dx8. I overwrote my mcpx settings and rebound to the 130 and am having no issues.

Thanks for the support!
Had a bad servo or something wrong with the swash. Got it replaced/swapped out and went down twice already...Trying night fly with 130X, I wasn't ready for that, but it was a blast. Thanks again for the support.
