Default New canopy is thinner, what new pins should I buy?

I bought a sweet shark canopy off ebay and where the canopy mounts is much more narrow than the stock measurements. So much that im afraid ill break the new canopy trying to force it.

Has anyone else replaced the canopy pins with shorter ones? Any in particular?

Remove the mounts and drill the hole for the threaded stud deeper into the mount. Now cut off the excess from the mount. In my case it was 5mm. Remount the mounts.

Be sure to Check the front servo arms for clearance.
