Does anybody know if the DS510M gear sets are the same as the DS520M gear sets? Can't find the replacements for the 520M anywhere.

no they are different

In fact the only difference between the two servos is the gear set

If you fit 510 gears to a 520 body it would then be a DS510 servo

NOTE there is no such thing as a metal gear DS520, its probably why you can't find DS520M gear sets. just look for DS520 gears

I realize my mistake. The DS520 that came with the kit is not a metal gear servo. I found the parts.
