Gyro Sensor

Somebody knows what kind of sensors does the high quality gyros like Spartan, Futaba GY520 or Align 780 use?
I would like to know if they are better, comparing performance, than these

The Align 760/780, Mikado Mini V-bar and the Spartan Quark all use ADXRS610 sensors.

According to this - the ADXRS610 is still in production but not recommended
for new designs.

The Quark already uses the next generation chip
