I read somewhere that miraclemart.com, the xtreme distributor, is now offering them. Mine was custom built, by me!

What about this as a way to Spektrumize?? This RX is about the same size as the satalite RX. Just seperate the WK RX from gyro board and use this??

He is the master builder. The tray is small too small really. I was waiting on Clubheli to get some hopefully. I did see the bigger tray on MM they should have been came out with one.

The 3-axis gyros from Walkera cannot be separated from the RX.

There's way too much integration between the two boards.

Thanks for the input Jeff. I spoke to u yesterday about the servos for my 500.

BTW, the RX2610S has an IDG-650 chip on it that is a 2 axis gyro. I am sure there is another chip tucked away that I can not see but something else is there that measures the other axis..

I am in the process of designing a new type of Gyro with a friend of mine.

Cool! It was great talking with you the other day!

Some guys have utilized Wii controllers (you have to watch, some use old technology, but some of them are using newer MEMs type sensors).

Our design will have either the ITG-3200 or the new MPU6000/6050 6 axis gyro chip

The MPU 6-axis is a wicked chip for the price. I had thought about doing something myself with one of them, but I just don't have the time. I'd love to see the finished product (heck ... I'll test it fer ya too! )

I will keep that in mind! We will be asking the best of the best to put it through its paces from slow beginner flight (myself will prob test that aspect) to full out extreme hardcore 3D flights! We would like to get some of the popular people in the hobby to test if they are willing/allowed over their sponsors!

And, I assumed that since you extended your tray, it was because you had done micro beast or rondo. that's why I asked about yourngwin settings.

The rondo definitely did not like the tray being connected to the battery tray. In my experience, the walkera receivers gyros are quite a lot more forgiving, and even st high gin settings do not have the ability to control the heli as well as the micro rondo. I was never able to hover hands off as long using the walkera setup as I can now with the rondo.
Hi,

I have fixed the battery directly below the µRondo with a strong rubber band.
Rondo is placed on a cf tray.
The additional weight of the lipo makes the FBL device less sensible to all kind of vibrations.

I have made good experiances with this setup.

Jens.

I do not hear much about the Micro rondo FBL with the Walkera 1.25mm JST plugs?!

Was the GY280RX and the Micro Rondo the only FBLs which use Walkera 1.25mm JST plugs?

Unfortunately MSH Micro Brain (uBrain) and EZNov Neuron do not provide options for the Walkera JST plugs.

For the uBrain you even would have to use 2 adapters for the WK02-1 cyclic servos: JST-ZHR 1.5mm 180CFX -> Standard Graupner JR -> Walkera 1.25mm JST
