Gyro gain (tail) - Mine seems very high yet I don't seem to be able to change the mechanical gain at all without it fouling on the servo. Any suggestions?

Tail pitch arm - It looks weak and flimsy, is it?

Clutch - Are there any available? I have a bell and liner on the way but can't find a hub anywhere.

It's been a couple months now, did you get the tail sorted? (for some reason I didn't see this thread originally).
