Align ESC won't go into program mode with an AR7200BX reciever

Does anyone else have this issue or know how to get around it?

It seams that if I want to change parameters on my align ESC then I have to use one of my other receivers in order to get my ESC to enter program mode and I'm not understanding why or if there is something that I can do in order to get my spectrum/beastx reciever to allow it to go to program mode.

Everytime I've tried to do this I change my pitch and throttle end points to 0-100 linear in my TX in order to try still no success

it has something to do with the fail safe...
other than useing another rx i too dont know how to get around it either...

I went ahead and pulled my reciever off my old blade heli and used it again.

I was hoping to find a way to do it with the beastx receiver but I was unsuccessful.

Thanks for verifying that for me. I wasn't sure if it was just me or if everyone has that issue

Yeah guys were having problems in the Blade 450 X at first but then HH came out with this:

They were putting in a different esc's than the stock one.
