Default servo FET burn up any one?

It is the second time happen to me know. Once on the HP08
and now the HP05. I am pretty sure I did not short any thing.
Both happen during extensive rainbow and the long version
of the tic toc, don't know what is the proper term for it.
It is like rainbow but horizon flat and keep the tail almost
pointing to the ground.

I am wondering if I stress the servo too much for the
rapid changing of the pitch over and over again (having
too much fun with that). The servo is not jam or any
thing.

That seems like bad luck, but also excessive servo motor "bog" that cause the fet to give up, but I have before tried to bog the servo excessively by moving the gear of it while its powered and it did get warm, but not even close to burnt. Is it the same board of the two servos burning out?
Also, another factor might be heat from the main motor and with the big brushless motors we are using that dont have much of a clearance between servo-main motor and seems likely as a long rainbow or whatever it is called stresses the motor and makes it hot quite a bit.
Other than that, it is summer and hot weather dont help on those little fets on the servos and combined with stress can make them go funny.

I have noticed lately, that a lot of my conversions have had bad servos. Might be a product QC thing.

I've only seen it on mSR X's and only after they jam... but you know that since you replaced both LOL.

It might be a bad luck. No, it is on two different bird and two different 3 in 1.
I am just wondering it is some thing to do with my flying or not. I have never
burn out servo FETS before and get two of them in relative short period of
time have me thinking. Maybe just bad luck.

I try to replace the FET on the servo. The operation work well.
However, it seems on the second servo, it is not the FET that
get burn. I replace the servo, the smoke still come out from the
board. I eventually find out it is the MCU on the servo get
burned. I touch the MCU, it is very hot. The orignal FET should
be fine.

Oh well.

I've had this happen with 3 servos as well. 2 were fixed by replacing the FET the other appears to be the MCU. One time it occurred just as I was plugging in the battery. The servos were never jammed in one direction either. Not sure what would cause this.

I replace the MCU from another busted servo. Now one of the FET get really hot without
even attach the servo motor. I consider gone for good.
