Got an hbk2 with GY401 and 9650. When i am hovering and i throttle up quickly the tail lags behind (takes time to catch up to original position). Please help!

If you are running a fairly low headspeed and stock King tail blades, the best gyro in the world won't keep the tail from stepping out as you describe. Try using Trex "batwing" tail blades first, and if that doesn't help you may need to increase your headspeed.

Thanks, i noticed that it would not be as bad when i swiched to 3d mode.

I have another question, maybe you can help. I bought the full cnc upgrade for the hbk2 and while putting together the head i slightly overtightend the small screws that hold the flybar holder. One side sits good but the other wiggles and doesnt sit tight.

Did one of the screws strip? If it did, you may need to replace the part it threads into.

You can possibly try putting some extra loctite in the hole and let it cure overnight, but it's risky having fasteners in the head that aren't exactly right.
