mCPX is collective pitch.
mSRX is fixed pitch. If you can fly the mCPX, don't bother with the other one IMO.

Which is easier to fly, the mSRx or the mCP? Or are they both difficult but different?

The mSRX is in between the mCPX and the original mSR. It doesnt stabilize itself like the mSR so it flys more like the mcpx. It's just a bit more tame.
Personally, I fly both all the time inside or out. The mSRX is great for casual, indoor flying that controls more like a bigger heli. I don't even touch the original mSR anymore because I don't feel I have anything left to learn from it and it is just not fun anymore. With the X, just be aware of the infamous left turn problem. I learned to work around it but many don't like it. :Edited |
