Default 600l dominator servo tail servo horn help

Hi There,

So finally finalising my 600L Dominator build and since i stopped building this a few weeks ago and only getting back into the rebuild now have lost my way with regards to the tail servo.

Im not sure which tail servo horn to use. Ive currently got the 4 way cross horn on which has 4 holes in it is and not sure of the stock horn to use as not sure if i had the right one on from the last time working on my heli.

Can someone please help or post a pick of the hor they are using stock servo 855 and also let me know which hole to use?

Thanks so much

Just checked mine and I am using the star horn (4 arms) and I am at the second hole from center. The 3rd hole worked better though when I was using 95mm tail blades.

I'm using the 6 star pattern on the third outer hole. Pretty sure its about the same as mentioned above. There's definitely conflicting information in the manuals. Align actually used to state the distance from center to ball but my 600L manual didn't say it.

I did dig up the answer in this forum and went with this setup. It works very well with no tail wag.

This helicopter is ultra stable anyway, so I doubt you'll have much problems with a little leeway in the distance. 4 star, 6 star... just make sure its about the same distance. I think I adjusted my tail gain for two flights and haven't touched it since. And I test the tail hold limits.
