I have had a few orders with HD and not needed support until yesterday. I filed a ticket after business hours yesterday. Before end of close today I had shipping info on my replacement order and a return label in my e-mail to send the wrong things back.

Larry is awesome! Thanks again HeliDirect!

i'd say they are one of the best in the buisness, if not the best, for customer service. i filed a ticket about a nut that was the wrong size for my kit and immediately they replied and sent me the right nuts

Default Hyper 400
They are top notch I had a hyper 400 fail on the first flight and they replaced with a brand new model no ?? Ask. The second one flew prefect.
I always talk to Jody good guy and very helpful.
