Unhappy I hate waiting for parts.....

So its been a week I've been waiting for a feathering shaft collar for my 450. I ordered it last week and it was supposed to come in on Thursday but the distributor for our LHS says its now on back order.

So I sucked it up and ordered a bunch of parts from Helidirect this time and have to wait until Wednesday to get them.

Grounded again.

I hate waiting for parts. Eventually you solve that buy getting a second heli and trying to only fly hard with one so you have a spare. That is pretty much the only way I have ever avoided down time. No matter what crash parts I have, I always seem to lack that single thing that keeps one machine grounded most all the time.

What sucks too is my mSR is down too, as the 5 in 1 is dead, and I just don't want to spend $60 to replace atm. I'd rather pour that cash into my 450.

I finally got parts, now I'm swamped with work and no time to do repairs. I hate when life gets in the way of fun.

I have the T-Rex 450 Sport (Newest version) and yes its the collar between the blade grips and the head assembly. Its 1mm thick, and most others are 1.5mm as I've come to find out lol.

I hate it too! I always buy a used spare airframe for my helis.. and stock up on the most common parts. That way I never have to wait... ever!

I hate it too. Instead of the parts I am waiting my new T-rex 450 Pro. It is out of stock in Flying-Hobby and I have to wait it until the end of the month. I was only lucky because they will send me one more battery for free due the delay of my order. What the f... I will have to wait.

I think that's what's holding up the Logo parts I ordered from Fast Lad in the UK because ReadyHeli was out of stock. They may end up having to come by boat. Just my luck.

2 day shipping on my new Atom has now become 5 days and counting! I really hope it shows today considering I have all day to put her together and usps says it is currently in Seattle. I think my head may explode if it doesn't show up soon

I live about 40 minutes from Helidirect (I just got back from there) and theres another heli shop opening up soon thats even closer so waiting for parts isnt much of an issue for me.

My suggestion is to move closer to a heli shop
