Heli not lifting off but throttle goes up?

I have v5.5 with the dxe transmitter and I've calibrated the transmitter but when I push the throttle up it doesn't lift off but the rotor turns and the engine noise goes up as well I can see that all the other controls are responding but no lift off. Any ideas what the heck I'm doing wrong? Thanks for any help

I spoke to another guy at horizon and he said you have to go into controls and assign collective to channel one because it puts it in channel 6 on the spektrum dxe. Now it works fine figured I post this in case someone else has this issue.

Yep had the same problem, made a post about a week before this with no answers. Can you take a screen shot of your control profile in the heli section? I have an example of mine below.
