Alzrc devil 450 pro barebone from BG
Hey guys, what do you think of this deal http://www.banggood.com/ALZRC-Devil-...-p-990757.html
What should I provide aside from servos, motor, esc, FBL controller, main blades, canopy and battery? |

Well, this is my first 450 kit but I've got lots of experience with micros and can fly 3D with them.

Do you have a budget for this? Any idea of the electronics, hs, or size of 450 you wanna run? The newer style 450s swing 350 to 360mm blades while the older swing 325mm. Also 6s or 3s power system?

Not a bad price for a barebones kit - I've never built an Alzrc kit, but I've read they are decent quality clones. I fly 2 Tarot 450 PRO V2 clones and overall have been very impressed with the quality of Tarot parts. The only Align parts I ever go out of my way to get are main gears.
One thing I would consider is parts compatibility and spare availability.... |

I want to reuse 2800mAh 35C 3S batteries I fly with my FPV wing, so I'll stick to 325mm blades. I don't have any budget but I want to be cheap and will go KBar FBL route, Kst ds215mg servos, hobbywing 40A ESC, tarot 450mx 3500kv motor.

I think those batteries might be a little big for a 450. I think the largest you can fit are like 2400 I 3s cells.

Better to plan for down the road and go w a larger esc like salrica said. Kbar wise, I have the gold kbar on my 450 pro and it works great. So great that I went ahead and got the real thing for my x3.

I guess that you already know of the other site, a lot of good info related to that controller.
Fu-bar, K-bar, GV8000 all the same http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1889962 Good controller |
