This thread is for folks to post their heli setups, so others can see what mechanicals are needed and what the settings, if any are.
Please post where you get the blue light in the 6 degree menu and what you did to get it and any other pertinent data.

Ail and Elev endpoints 110/110, rudder at 105/105
D/R 0 (Idle 1 and 2) = 100% (Idle 1 and 2) 25% cyclic expo, Rudder = 25%
D/R 1 (Normal and TH) = 80%, 35% cyclic expo, Rudder = 25%
Gyro gain in Gyro sens menu - 75

No precomp, Gain in parameter menu D set to high (blue flashing)

Flys like its on rails, precomp introduces issues with fast pitch pumps and tic tocs

Quick translation (to myself):

110% ATV means => 150% ATV (setup as per book) + 73% D/R

Pretty much as I have on mine. I go even to up 85% D/R (127.5% ATV).

I made an edit to my 450 Sport settings. Changed parameter D to low (red flashing) with a transmitter gain setting of 72%. I was experiencing a slight tail kick to the right during punch outs but increasing headinglock gain to low from very low solved that. Tail is rock solid now

This is a great idea! I was also hoping to see some throttle & pitch curves.. Can anyone share this as well? I'm more interested in knowing what the best would be for normal mode.

I'm not really sure what to expect when it comes to switching into idle up from normal mode, but I'm trying to make sure that it goes as smoothly as possible... with little to no jump in headspeed. Is it ok to start spooling up in idle up, by using the throttle hold switch? I preffered this method of taking off with my SR, but I'm not sure if the 450 will behave the same way. Can someone elaborate on this so I know what to expect?

Well since I'm running a CC ICE 50 in governor mode on my 450 Sport, I pretty much run 0, 30, 30, 30, 30 for normal, flat 70 for idle 1 & flat 100 for idle 2.

However, on my 550 with a CC ICE 100 I'm running 0, 60, 80, 80, 80 in normal, flat 85 in idle 1 & flat 90 in idle 2

MKS BLS990 (if I can find it anywhere near me)

AR7110R

Hi gfdimopo. I would suggest setting up your 500 with the factory default settings. I've found that the Beastx usually works really well right outta the box with very little adjustments needed.

I am very pleased with piro-consistency. That is absolutely incredible, but during biig fast hurricanes, I cant get the tail-locked into the direction, it sort of slides back and forth over my "thought" centerline. I think its time to check for slop in links, or even change some parts in the tail. I wouldnt be surprised if it has worn out already.

I think also when V3 comes out there will be even better tail tunability I reckon
