Hi all
Thanks for everyones help on the inverted hover thing... something didnt feel right about my bird today so I didnt even flip it into inverted, just did a few figure of 8s and circuits... I only had time for one 14 min flight. Here is its new paint job, and another reason why I didnt flip it... I think it looks great for a first go with an airbrush (although I have used professional car guns before).... Only problem is, its very difficult to make out orientation, even though I thought I had that covered with the design..... James |

I like to see people customizing their helis. It really makes it yours. Look in the painting section, there is a lot of really talented people out there.
Try some bright fins and skids, that helps me a lot. My skids are bright yellow and my tail fins hunters orange. My canopy is a bit of both. I think it helps a lot. (I now have yellow skids, need to get a updated picture online.) ![]() (The image is a Testors Waterslide decal kit. Works with your inkjet printer. If you clearcoat over it well, it works good. Great for us who can't airbrush much or afford custom decals.)
