Default Motor for 450 SE

All 3 of my 430L motors have failed. I'm trying to keep the heli light so I don't want to put a 460 MX in it. I try to stay away from Turnigy now. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Roger

The scorp is nearly as heavy as the 460mx. Same stator size. Really nice motor though.

I pulled this out of a trex se a few years ago, you can have it for free if you want to try it. Just cover shipping $6 for flat rate box

I believe that's what's in my SE2. It was an upgraded motor back in the day. Dan

That's the original motor I have in my 450 SE. It's the 430L - 3550KV version. The 450 V2 motor had a higher KV range I believe.

I have no idea exactly what motor it is, I was given a trex se a few years ago that came with that motor. It does say 3550kv on the case.

This motor
http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store...or_3700kv.html

with the 13T pinion is very cheap and efficient on a T-Rex 450.
