Default Replace belt gear and ???

Hi guys
Just replaced the belt gear on the 450 and now as I turn the blades clockwise I seem to have a ratchet feel in the gear ( I have not replaced the bearings) it is the original belt and the teeth on the belt look in good condition
Has anyone else had a problem like this ?? Everything seem to be working fine before the replacement as far as bearings and all the bits and pieces
Any ideas would be great
Cheers watho

Check to make sure you didn't (over) twist the belt.

+1. If the belt is twisted, the teeth will rub against each other, giving you that ratcheting feel. Quick fix is to loosen your tail case, and twist it around the boom. Make sure your tail rotates the right direction. If the tail is rotating the wrong way, then you're going to have to take the tail case apart.
