Spare parts would be nice. They have the whole assembly but not individual parts. What do they expect us to do? HD says they have no ETA on tail parts

I have not flown my new Outrage 90 N2 tail yet but on removal of all screws for thread locking the screw holding the pitch lever arm onto the belcrank lever assembly sheared meaning i had to apply heat and a dremmal tool to remove the broken screw. My bell crank Lever assemby doesnt sit right on the tail case right now !!! i thought no problem ill just order a new bell crank lever !!!! yep same here no parts available anywhere. So ive spent £190 on usless tail. Have emailed Outrage numerous times no reply !!!! Hopefully a Outrage rep will give us a reply maybe on here ill keep you guys posted if i hear back from them.

I agree! This reason has me holding off on buying the new tail.
+ I'm about to under go a total right hip replacement. I'm only 36 years young! Why me?

Still absolutly no response from outrage by email or Facebook !! A new unflyable tail with zero help from the manufacturer. I've invested a lot of time and money on their products a reply surely is not a lot to ask for.

I recently submitted a support ticket/question through their website just to show that there is indeed a market for their products, yet the lack of spares support is puzzling, and troublesome for us Outrage owners. I worded it courteously...

Believe it or not, I actually received a response about a week later indicating that they were "working to resolve the parts problem". Make of this what you want.

I've only owned my Fusion for a few months, we're still "on our honeymoon "(); I'm gonna ride this wave until its nothing but a shore break.

I bought a velocity 90v2, and been trying to find carbon tail booms to keep on hand just in case, but no luck.Helidirect told me 2 weeks so all I can do is wait and see. Its to bad such a nice heli but parts are hard to find. To me its the best looking 700n and I want to keep it but if parts are hard to find I might have to reconsider. Does anyone know if theirs a source where I can buy booms and make my own.

The N2 is indeed awesome. I love mine but have to be careful since I do not want to crash and move all back to the old tail. The new CF tail boom has different diameter, length ... Same counts for TT and all other parts. So I also look forward to get spare parts just to stock them in case of a mishap.
