No matter how you cut it, that's one developer who is not going to be getting any work on NDA, ever. Intellectual property seems to be a thing of the past.

I wasn't really considering the MSH FBL at this point, but it really makes me angry that this would happen to MSH. I hope there is legal recourse for Corrado.

This has nothing to do with non-disclosure. And we have no idea what the IP agreements were, nor whether the other terms of the agreement were upheld.

That's true. In the main forum I read what someone believes happened. It was a mess. No contracts, no NDA, all verbal and "understandings". Soap opera stuff.

We have a saying in law enforcement, particularly for court. If it isn't in writing, it didn't happen. I have no clue what the truth is here, but MSH might have to eat this one if it was verbal.

Officially not yet, but we agreed on something and are finishing the contract to sign it ASAP.

I'll put a little bit more explanations (don't expect the full story ) once the contract is signed, just to make things clear.
