When can I have the blade 300X?

I'm curious to see what people are going to say about how the new BLADE 300X compares to the GAUI X2, but we will have to wait one more month.

It is a bit unfair to make this comparison, unfair to both machines I think.

My own belief is that the 450X 3D controller is the better of the two, but after that, I am not sure the heli itself, is the equal of the 450Pro.

One think to consider is how the heli is performing after a few months of use. In other words, how tight are things still?

Even with all that being said, I do think Blade has a winner here with the "X" series of helis.

There are a lot of places for all designs and levels. It is a great time to be a RC Heli pilot!

I had an X2, so i'll let you guys know

things i hated about the X2
-belt slips, unless you buy $60 custom pulleys, and still slips.
-replacement parts were super expensive.
-gaui's black plastic is crappy, all their new white stuff seems to be working.
-entire thing felt very fragile
-I got it early on, i had a crash and waited forever for parts.
-the thinnest main shaft ever, i wonder what the diameter of the 300's is.

main shaft bearings are listed as 4x8x3mm.

It must be that daylight savings time---the day is longer now!

I'm asking lhs every day if there's any update and scanning the blade threads to see if any eflight guys will drop a dime and let us in on some updates.

Sure would be nice to know. I'm *assuming* HH's engineering and what not is already done and its in the MFG process, but who knows, they could be doing last minute tweaking.

I don't want it until it's solid, but I also don't want to wait.

I hope April 16.. my lhs was told today that its looking like end of April...so there's no official date yet but there hoping end of April not middle.
