Default Belt with CopterX Head, BLADES FLEW AWAY:(

I bought Belt CP V2 in December and this beeing my first heli I have read and studied a lot about how it works.
In the process of tunning and making the heli easier to fly I made some changes:

- KDS FLymentor 3D helped me a lot to gain confidence.
- Copterx head and tail
- DTS mod: THE EASYEST mod you can make. A direct fit with the Mini Titan E325 servo holder
- Esky Carbon tail boom (dued to crash)
- Tail servo CORONA DS919MG US (is this servo good for tail)
- Metal tail servo mounts
- Blade 400 Main Gear
- Carbon blades and tail blades

THE PROBLEM:
I was noticing some unusual VIBRATIONS and when spinning up the blades I saw boght blades flying away in oposit directions.
Nobody was hurt, but it was quite a scare.
COPTERX HEAD did not get any tread lock in ONE of the blade fether shaft screws.
I had bought it assembled in ebay.

THE ADVISE:
If you buy preassembled heads, remove some random screws to check if they were tread locked. (I had read about this and didn't do it...)

THE REPAIR AND HELP NEED:
I gatherd all parts from crash and it seams as it didn't bend nothing.

Now I do not know if I am missing any part?

IS THIS THE CORRECT ASSEMBLY SETUP?

Here is the 450 SE v2 manual PDF and this should give you what you need.

Better change that in: if you buy anything preassembled from any brand, even the most expensive one, remove all screws, clean them carefully and put the right kind and the right amount of locktite on them. Allow to dry for 24 hours.
There are some rare brands that are locktited as should be, but you don't wanna take the risk with a piece of carbon moving at 400 km/hour. It's suicidal. My 2 cents. Succes, and sorry to hear about your problems, luckily nobody got hurt. Don't allow it to happen again, you won't forgive yourself, ever.

He is right, you have them in the wrong order...

I edited it in photoshop to the right order for you

Do the same for the other side.... Also, it's not visible to the naked eye unless u look super close but one thrust bearing has a wider diameter than the other... The one with the wider center goes in before the one with the smallest... The one with the smallest diameter centre should be on the outside near the bolt..

Make sure the open side of the bearing is facing inward so it doesn't throw out any grease... Use silicone greese in the bearing.

The first part to the left of the blade grip should be a bearing like the one just on the right side... I couldn't tell if that was a washer or a bearing.

One trick I have found with the thrust bearings is to assemble the bearing in your fingers to work out the correct order. If you have the correct order, the small gap between the middle bearing and walls, is nice and even on both sides. If the bearing walls are the wrong way round, one wall rubs on the middle bearing case, and the other wall sticks out by a mile. It's not that hard to see if you do it in your fingers first!! You just have to know what you are looking for.

It's easy with align parts as they are printed with 'IN' and 'OUT'. But they were not marked on the copterx head I had. When I got them mixed up, that is how I managed to sort it out. Already knowing of course, which way the middle bearing should face, so as not to throw the grease out.

Thanks for your help I will try to assemble it as photoshoped and threadlock it for 24 hour before doing any test (I've learned a big lesson)

I'm happy I did not loose any part

NO CAN DO...

The photoshoped part is OK (I put 2 washers instead of only 1 because I have 4 in total)

In the center what should I have?

after ther Metal main rotor holder in one side I have a Aluminium Collar (big side to center) and then 1 Damper rubber.

In the other side I have after the Metal main rotor holder a Bearing 4x7x2,5mm and nothing else.

Is this correct?

It's true! I am in college learning graphics and all sorts. Hey, better than trying to explain it.

Thanks, for the tip, i'll remember that. Yea, Align make it easy, gotta love 'em. I doubt it would cause a lot of damage if you did it the wrong way, would it?

Working from the rotor head outwards -

First, rubber damper

Second, tiny little washer.

Third, a normal bearing.

then the rest is like in the picture.

the head is fully simmetrical I now understand.

Just ordered 1 bearing, 1 rubber, 1 aluminium washer.

The aluminium washer has 2 different diameters.
The big should face the inside or outside of the rotor head? (the big faces the rubber)

You are reffering to the thrust bearing... right?
