Default Wire broke in motor power plug

How do you get this piece out?

I would try using a very small drill bit as an "easy out" type deal.

I had the same problem. With a low wattage soldering iron heat the pin on the reverse side of the board and push the connector wire back into the connector .

If the connector is broken completely, us a connector from a thruster boom. Use a low wattage soldering iron.
