Swapped my gears out on the servo I stripped. I think the swash is a little off now though, slight drift. I orderd a 500 swash leveling tool today. I tried the ziptie method but that didn't go good lol.

From about 4:30 in the video you can hear the headspeed getting lower and lower for about 15 seconds, before the LVC kicks in. It's strange that it lost power so quickly after that though, normally the LVC cuts the power more slowly

Depends on if the lvc is set to soft or hard cut.

No..the 300x is fine size wise..I consider the 130x a micro .
