10C question

I sent my 10CG to the service center because the cursor knob felt loose and when it goes in up or down position it stays there and won't return to neutral position w/o doing it manually. Therefore it will scroll continuously.

I got a bill stating someone replaced the following items:
ENCODER
12Z MULTI SW KNOB
TG SWITCH MOM LONG
REAR CASE
FCC LABEL

First of all the back case didn't need to be replaced. The tiny bit of damage on the back is barely noticeable and certainly does not affect the operation of the radio. And I didn't ask for repair to the back.

I was willing to overlook that issue because it would've been more trouble than it's worth. However, the cursor is doing the same thing as before I sent the radio to be fixed.

My question is, is the cursor knob suppose to return to the neutral position on its own?

Service center sent a prepaid label for me to send the radio back for repair again. I just got a notice the radio is on the way back to me. I hope they got it right this time.

I got my 10C back and it appears everything is working as it should. Turn around time was short, so I the service center for that. Thanks.
