Thank you Aaron. I will try to include detailed pics when i start my build. I am taking this very slowly. The last time I actually build a heli was 5yrs ago. Hope i have not lost my attention to details.

It's competition. I hv been scratching my head on which parts to change. So far I hv bought the torque tube with engine base plate. I m thinking of using x50 tail assembly for belt. Any pointers?

The "must have" upgrades are:
1 Gyro Plate (puts gyro close to the main shaft and under canopy) 2 Front Frame Stiffeners 3 Bottom Plate 4 Hiper Fan(Alluminum engine fan) I included the "Hiper Fan" as a upgrade as the plastic fans are not balanced very well. The metal fan is spot on and its a little over 17$ cant beat that!!!

FAI swash is a must have too. Standard swash bottom balls are not at the same level, so has inherit interactions as standard. Swash upgrade fixes this

+1 above. The stock swashplate IS fine. But the FAI is basically a must have and ESPECIALLY if you go fbl you have to have it.
