Default 150x swash jumping

I have an issue with my 150x in that as I apply throttle suddenly the one aileron servo (the port side) jumps so as the swash plate is no longer level, when you close the throttle the swash plate drops in a lopsided manner and after around 1.5 seconds at 0% throttle it returns to the level position.
Anyone else encountered this or got any ideas?
It was flying sweet before the blades hit my lounge wall, no bent shafts, no breakages to any links or anything else.
TX is a DX8

Likely servo gears. I found you can lop off the 'stop' on the bottom of the big gear (the most likely one stripped) and spin it 180 degrees and get some more use out of it while waiting for your new gear set to arrive via the mail.

second the servo, however, I have noticed that after a few crashes with this heli, the Rx can become loose on the double sided tape. If that unit is not firmly in place and level, the heli will become very twitchy and unstable.
