Default X-Cell Pro Scale Project Questons

I recently purchased a scale Blackhawk project (Century fuselage). It apparently came with MA X-Cell Pro mechanics (and one of the brackets has XL Pro on it) that I plan to convert to electric (and the parts incldued a Thunder Tiger 49/08 50 770KV brushless motor). It did not come with a manual.

I have a few questions that I am hoping someone can answer or help me with. I am totally new to RC so please forgive my lack of knowledge.

Here are some photos of the mechanics.

1. Is this in fact an X-Cell Pro? Where would I would find a manual?

2. Is it possible to convert it to a flybarless 4 blade rotor head? If so, any recommendations on what parts would be required?

3. Is it possible to add a clutch for a more scale startup? Umm, if so, how?

I do have a milling machine and lathe so can make some parts but am not experienced enough to make anything too complicated. Again, totally new but trying to learn.

Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

Richard

Thanks for the link. There doesn't appear to be an XL Pro manual.

To anyone who knows the answer: Is the XL 60 the same as the XL Pro?

X-Cell pro is very quite different from the older 60. Try Min-Air for the manual (try Brian in the forum). You can still get most of the commonly crash damaged parts.

I did hear from Brian outside the forum after I queried MA directly. Apparently, it is a 1006 XL Pro and there is no manual available but parts are available.

I really want to do a 4 blade main rotor. The swashplate is 4 pt / 90 degree and the shaft diameter is 10mm. Brian advised that IndyHelis makes a 4 blade main rotor (for the Apache).

I am wondering if I can simply use any 10mm 4 blade rotor head with 90 degree swashplate (with some FBL unit) on this XL-Pro to tun a 4 blade rotor. Anybody know the answer?
