Has anyone tried the D05010MG servos at all on the v120d02s? I have seen how you have to modify the frame on banggood to install them but dont want to order and modify parts until i find out if they actually work well.

I think they were only about 7 bucks on hobbyking but they do not fit without modifying the frame. want to get some feedback before i go chopping my heli to pieces.

I'm using this D0501MG as tail servo for my V120D02S, now it is over 300 flights (normal flying, I cannot fly 3D).

It works well and durable, compare with the stock servo.

You will also need to adjust Gyro Sensor down to about 55% to reduce tail wag for this D0510MG servo.

Does it hold well doing strong pitch pumps?

Yes, it is OK for 1S stock motor and gyro, (haven't tried with 2S motor).

Thanks. I think i will give them a go. Tired of replacing servos/gears. This adds up haha!
