OP here:
Lots of good stuff guys, appreciate it. Here's a bit more info for some of you that were wondering:

-Swash is leveled. Fusion has rigging pins to lock the bell cranks & swash when setting 90 deg. on the servos. On the bench, swash moves all the way up / down leveled.
-Heli hovers hands off with no drifting backwards.
-tracking dead on.

I'll read the MB manual again as some of you have suggested, re-check my servos and make sure I'm not short on travel on 1 of them...

That is a typical misunderstanding that probably comes from the time we all had flybarred helis. Having the swash level at step G does not guarantee you will have straight climb outs (even assuming the CoG and everything else is correct). The BeastX is in full control of the swashplate behavior and we can't know how it moves the swashplate on climbouts. Having the swashplate level on step G does not necessarily mean that BeastX will keep it level on climbouts with no cyclic input. It all depends on its internal algorithms which are in full control of the swash.

I for example had a perfectly level swshplate in step G (checked with the leveling tool) but still had to trim the parameter A six clicks left to make the climbouts straight. Yes, it resulted in a tilted swashplate in step G but hey, this is what the manual says and if the heli is happy with this setup we should not assume this is wrong. Otherwise the BeastX developers wouldn't have written the instructions for parameter A the way they did.

I think we are agreed then that Option A is the 1st step for nieves50 to try 1st...https://www.helifreak.com/images/smi...on_redface.gif

I've never had to adjust Parameter A, either. There was a discussion about Parameter A last month where Sutty did a great test with it.

Parameter A is the one to play with here, it's there to be used, normally you will not need to play with it very much, and remember that an helicopter will never hover hand free with a level swashplate because of tail thrust & other factor.

With more advanced Flybarless controller we have ''tail drag compensation'' adjustment for that problem, this tilt the swash forward to compensate for the drag of the tail on straight climb out.

Tail inertia is another one in aggressive pitch move, specially on large 700 + size, but we live with it.

OP here.....

Man!...last week was a very long one...Anyway, today was able to finally test it. Parameter A did not fix the issue. Seems POT 1 need more adjustment (towards + side)...Was unable to test more since the "plankers" like to hog the field and today they came in full force..

Should be able to check it out Wednesday after work..

Thanks for all the help and will keep you posted.

Confirmed yesterday:

Adjusting POT 1 towards the positive side took care of the tilting while punching collective! (2 tick marks)..

Thanks for all the input guys
