Default Possible to make a 120sr a 120s?

I was wondering what to do to my 120sr....

Is it possible to change it to become a 120s?

Need a new frame, new servos , new board , new FBL head?

Easy no?
Keeping main motor & tail motor as tail boom and skids and canopy as lipos...

Anyone thought of that?

I am relutant to sell it... so that's why i am thinking that now!

I'd be curious to know what parts are common between the two.

My guess is no. I have a couple 120 SR's. I believe the New 120S comes with all that fancy SAFE mode stuff. Some of that must be transmitter programming but I bet the ESC board is totally different, and fairly expensive on its own. By the time you get done buying parts to complete the upgrade (if its even possible) you might as well just but the complete new Heli for $120.

+1
Buy the 120s then use the 120sr for whatever spare parts you can get off it.

You can check part numbers/lists to see what parts they share.
