Default Tail Control Panel

I am currently using the Vbar Pro 5.3 software. For the tail I am using simple control panel with the sliders and have the tail gyro gain adjustable by a switch on my DX8. When I use this simple tail gyro adjustment procedure, does the Vbar software automatically adjust the I and D values to keep the control loop in balance?

Even though I can open the advanced page, does the advanced page take over and override the simple selectable tail gain setting feature which is controlled by a switch on my DX8?

Or is it better to turn off the selectable tail gyro gain in the vbar software and just go with the advanced page?

Got a feeling the answer is turn off the selectable tail gyro gain but just want to confirm as I have misunderstood some other things already.

Thanks

In short, when you control the gain with the radio, D and I gains are not adjusted.
You are only changing the P gain. Even if you set a gain in the V-bar on the slider it is just the P gain.

If you want to effect the other gains, use banking and the advanced menu of the tail.
