I have a 450 clone and wanted to start using govenor mode. I would like to use 80% throttle in normal mode and use 90% in stunt 1. what would be a good pitch curve for normal at 80% and I am assuming a linear curve for stunt 1 at 90%?

I like Normal PC=40-45-50-75-100 with TC=0-40-80-80-80
IU1 PC=0-25-50-75-100 with TC=80% flat.
IU2 not used

Thanks that helps. I was thinking pretty close to what you recommended.

You can play around with the flat part of the curve you just need to leave some headroom for the govenor to work. Where ever your heli likes it on HS. You may even need to go up 1 tooth on your pinion. Some govenors don't work very well. Align's gov is not known for being one of the greatest on the market.
