I think this is a case of reverse psychology. Enough people say you don't need something and you say to heck with that, I'm getting it!!!

Off course there will . Isn't that what keeps our interest up?
But, if we all sat around worrying about that, we would not buy anything, waiting for the next great thing to come along. Live in the present and have FUN.

This hobbie is all about having fun!!!

If a Banshee puts a kick in your step and gets you excited get a Banshee!

Right now I'm content with what have, but I am also concentrating on my piloting skills which need a lot of work. Once I have some skills I may end up lusting for a fleet of helis and building a helicopter annex to my home! So I'm only joking about this and nothing more. I know better than to throw stones about a condition that I also share and that is most like just in temporary remission

If you want a Voodoo, how's your German?
Maybe I can fix you up with a german speaking medic.

They notify the heli goes on sale on Sunday 10th 12pm German time. Price and shopping site will be online then. They mention the mail reservations were overwhelming, so it's going to be a tough race. They'll assign kits on payment receipt. The complete info will be online at that time, no info on price or payment options yet.

Just speculation but given titanium used and limited edition I won't be surprised if it is EUR2,000 or more. Still don't know how this is a sustainable business model. Maybe they will launch further editions after the first one, as I can't see the parts side keeping the business running with only 50 kits in production, especially with owners taking extra care when flying an expensive kit.

supply and demand.
50 units is an easy sell so don't be surprised by the price it will be higher then TDR/diabolo for sure.
It will go quick I'd say in a day or two off release.

It might be a good indicator for the Banshee guys to move forward too there phase 2 of 50 units. Provided if they plan on doing that.

I bet they are loving this!!!!!

Pent up demand, people with money burning holes in their pockets getting lathered up as the countdown begins.

Reminds me of the facebook IPO

On your mark!
Get set!
.....................

Let's see....

> $2500 kit
$800 Kosmik 200 HV
$500 Scorpion 4540 wound for 14S
$600 for 1 pair of TP 65C 7S batteries
$600 servos
$400 Flybarless controller
+ blades
+ Wingbag

This is going to be in Turbine Helicopter range for a completed heli with maybe $7000 in the air!
