Great Customer Service

I've made quite a few purchases from Helidirect lately.

I ordered a kit and the next day received a voice mail to contact the company.
I contacted them and they informed me that one item was backordered.

I told them to hang on to it until the backordered item came in. They insisted that it would be fine to ship it and they would pay the postage for the backordered item.

They shipped the item in stock and 2 days later shipped the backordered item.

Customer service was great. They could have hung on to the shipments but insisted on shipping what they had so I could start work on the kit as soon as possible.

On my many orders, everything has arrived very quickly.
