Default Vibrations and loosing tail when tilting (banking)

Hello,

Not sure of the correct terms; my msr, with not that many flights on it, vibrates badly while giving ail/ele (which makes the flybar angled to the main rotor)

While some vibration I think is normal, due to main rotor constantly changing angle, mine seems to confuse the heli and make the tail break loose. Also during such moments the heli becames pretty noisy.

Not sure if the "floating" flybar, which is not kept centered by the shaft, was such a good ideea. Maybe it is boucing around, or the head dampers are not doing their job?

There seems to be a degree of wear, but nothing looks broken or loose. Rebuild the entire head and shaft, nothing. Not wanting to change the entire mechanics by trial and error, it's not worth.

Heli is driven on high rates from remote and outermost swash balls, so it's pretty agile.

Ideas are appreciated, thanks.

How many flights? Any recent crashes, repairs?

If you are having vibrations that is a sign of a cracked main shaft.

If you had crashes like pfloyd said could be main shaft could be bent fly bar. If fly bar is bent and out of balance it will cause vibrations. Also main blades. I don't know where your noise is coming from but not uncommon for tail motors to go bad on those little burgers or even main motor if crashed and didn't get throttle shut down right away.

Had it's dozen of crashes indoor, no visible damage, just needed to reseat the swash.

When hovering horizontally there are no vibrations - which should rule out bent flybar or such; only while tilting / while the flybar is at an angle with the rotor
